Including exclusion

My story starts in sixth form where I realised how happy I was working with children. That led to volunteering, a university degree, jobs in private nurseries, roles as SENCo and room leader, and now to childminding and figuring out how I want to re-enter the world of working with children and families.

This page is a portfolio of personal and professional learning, which I hope will eventually document where I’m going and where I’ve been-with a few tangents along the way. You will find an amalgamation of reflective entries, soundbites, stories, pictures, and anything else bouncing around in my mind to do with issues of inclusion, exclusion, and equality in early childhood.
